In June, we began our tour in the heart of Ghana, soaking in the cultural vibrancy of West Africa and in November, we concluded in the captivating landscapes of South Africa
Roots Ghana:
Roots Ghana was held in Accra in collaboration with Ace Avenue, showcasing the work of 8 prominent brands.
The event featured panel discussions on "Africa Rising," which delved into Africa's potential as a luxury brand hub and the complexities of pan-African and global trade.
Attendees also enjoyed a Networking Cocktail, bringing together Accra’s top fashion industry experts, professionals, and buyers, as well as a pop-up event that included a creative tour of cultural and notable spots around the city.
Roots Cape Town:
Roots Cape Town was hosted in South Africa, in partnership with Merchants on Long, showcasing 11 brands in an engaging pop-up event.
The discussions emphasized the importance of community in the fashion industry and explored effective strategies for measuring brand growth.
The event also featured a creative tour of Cape Town’s culturally significant sites and concluded with a cocktail reception that brought together fashion industry experts, professionals, and buyers from across South Africa.
